Interactive IAQ Policy Database Empowers School Boards to Improve Student Health
The Go Green Initiative, in partnership with the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and several state school boards associations, has launched a new Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Policy Database to support local school boards in strengthening IAQ across their districts. The database features an interactive state-by-state map with ready-to-use policy templates aligned with state regulations, along with a sample resolution that boards can adopt to establish a comprehensive, energy-efficient, healthy IAQ policy. These resources provide a customizable framework for districts to improve air quality, protect student and staff health, and ensure safe, high-performing learning environments.
