Betty Michelle McCline is a purpose-driven operations and organizational development leader with a decade of executive experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Operations within the nonprofit and K–12 education sectors. She is recognized for her transparent, systems-oriented leadership style and her ability to translate strategic vision into operational execution during periods of growth, transition, and organizational restructuring.

Throughout her career, Betty Michelle has led fiscal oversight and financial infrastructure for mission-driven organizations managing multi-million-dollar budgets. She has supported grant funding strategy, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting processes to ensure alignment with federal, state, and charter requirements. During the transition from managed operations to stand-alone charter governance, she designed and implemented comprehensive fiscal procedures that strengthened CPA oversight, increased financial transparency, and elevated organizational awareness around risk mitigation and accountability.

Betty Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Memphis and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Strayer University.
