Mallory McGoff

As Project & Operations Manager, Mallory focuses on California-based grant implementation, innovation district programs, and cross-functional project strategy. Prior to joining the Go Green Initiative, she gained international experience in equity-focused policy, strategy, and programs across scales. 

Mallory launched her career in public education, nonprofit youth programs, and community-based change in the United States and Spain. She became invested in environmental justice during her time with Mabuwaya Foundation in Northern Luzon, Philippines, where she conducted field research on education access in communities impacted by corporate environmental degradation. 

Through her work, Mallory hones her passion for high-impact program strategy, just policy in practice, and the people she meets along the way. She holds an M.Sc. in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from Leiden University, where she wrote her thesis on social policy at the intersection of public education and the environment.
