Michelle Deasy

Michelle Deasy, principal of Clutch Social Strategy, serves as Development Consultant for the Go Green Initiative. Her work is centered on strategic operations and development for small to mid-sized nonprofit and social impact organizations.

After spending the first half of her career in business development roles at Oracle Corporation, Merrill Lynch, and Atlas Capital Advisors, Michelle moved into the nonprofit realm where she has led operations for the Research and Planning Group for the California Community Colleges and the Quality Assurance Commons for Postsecondary and Higher Education.

Michelle has served on the boards of the Presidio YMCA, the East Palo Alto Mural Music & Arts Project, and the South End Rowing Club – as well as an Executive Member of the Cornell Track Association. Currently, she is the Chair of the St. Helena Parks & Recreation Commission and a board member of KidNuz.

Michelle holds a B.S. in Development Sociology from Cornell University and an M.A. in Demography from UC Berkeley.
