About Role

As the Program Manager, Training & Education you will lead the development and delivery of training programs focused on improving indoor air quality (IAQ) and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in schools. Collaborate with national partners, create engaging learning content, and advocate for healthier, more sustainable learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Facilitate live training sessions at major national conferences, including the NSBA Annual Conference and CUBE Annual Conference.
  • Create Accessible Learning Resources: Lead the development of on-demand training modules and webinars that are tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate With Partners: Work closely with partners like the National School Boards Association to expand the reach of GGI’s training programs.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry publications and podcasts, sharing best practices and success stories from participating schools.

  • Build Operational Resilience: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure schools maintain sustainable practices long-term.
  • Engage Communities: Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure community buy-in and support.
  • Policy and Advocacy: Collaborate with school boards and national organizations like NSBA to promote policies that advance environmental justice and sustainability.
